The dust released during the application process should be filtered with suitable systems. Appropriate filtering is crucial in terms of personnel health, operational efficiency of the factory environment and environmental standards.

Alfatechnic filtering systems are in European standards. It absorbs the dust that will be formed during the blasting application by creating air movement and throws it into the atmosphere on the scale that the Ministry of Environment provides.

Dusty air is brought to the filter through air ducts designed in suitable diameters and thicknesses. The trapped dust is automatically cleaned by the vibration motor cleaning system. Fresh air is sucked from the cabin with a fan and pressed to the desired environment. Thanks to this process, air cleaning is provided in the range of 95-99%.
